Amy Webb

Owner of Sweat Studio

"Amy has had a lifetime passion for health and wellness. She opened the Sweat Studio to share her love of activity and good health.

Amy is a Personal Trainer by designation. She is certified in Yoga, Spin, Nutrition and Health Coaching. In her personal life, she enjoys Body Building competitions.

Amy lives in her hometown of Sundridge with her partner, four children and two dogs."

Susan Arnold

Chair Yoga Instructor

"While attending Highschool Susan took her first yoga calss, and although yoga was not yet mainstream, she practiced whenever and wherever she found a class.

Now retired. She became a Level One Certified Chair Yoga Instructor in 2022, and began teaching in 2023.

Susan truly believes movement is not only medicine but also a blessing. Susan lives in South River with her husband and is a proud mom to two sons and one grandson."

Vanessa Morrell

Pilates instructor

"Vanessa is seasoned personal trainer and pilates instructor who now integrates her 20 years of experience with a six-year journey in consciousness studies. She has recently achieved her 200 hour yoga teacher training and looks forward in blending all of these modalities into a fun pilates class to get you strong, lean and flexible."

"Receiving her first mat at age 14, she found herself hooked, and by age 21 she completed her first yoga training. Studying and travelling abroad.

Over the years, her life experiences have broadened her yoga portfolio and her love for the practice has grown into a lifestyle, even throughout grief, motherhood, and all the trials and tribulations of life."
